I am loading a new computer with Windows 2000 Professional. I just got done talking with the computer manufacture's tech support and they told me this is a Microsoft issue.
When I boot up my computer, I get an error saying "HKCMD.exe has generated errors & will be closed by windows. An error report has been created". I click ok and then another window opens saying "igfxtray.exe has generated errors & will be closed by windows. An error report has been created". I click ok again and then the system is fine.
How do I fix these error? What do they mean?
