hitting ctrl+alt+delet to clear programs

ok i am having problems with being able to view profiles
and hitting ctrl+alt+delet to close programs,if i hit the
x to close it won't,what is missing,when ads pop up i
can't close them unless i hit ctlr+alt+delet

With the focus on the ad window, try Alt+F4.
