Is there a way to print the history log? Print Screen doesn't seem to do it.

What History you are referring to, is it IE History or Event Viewer report?.

Here is a software but not free it is a trail you can try:

Also did you tried ALT + Print Screen Button then Open MS Paint and paste
there.
