There is a setting in Group Policy [gpedit.msc in run box] under user
configuration/administrative templates/Windows components/Internet Explorer - disable
changing history settings that may help. That probably will not stop a user from
deleting the contents of the history folder in the user profile under documents and
settings/username/local settings/history. For some reason there is no security tab on
that folder. It is also possible to obtain a history of internet traffic with a
personal firewall like Sygate [free for personal use] that has some pretty advanced
logging. A lot of the cable/dsl routers also have the ability to log internet traffic
including website names. --- Steve
