History wrong + IE opening on it's own

If I go into history, it has a list of at least 30 sites that I never
visited, and it seems to every day ....I have all the current updates, I've
run Spybot + Ad-Aware SE ...nothing seems to help, at then every once in
awhile IE opens itself to some strange site..sometimes advertising, can
anyone help

When all else fails, HijackThis v1.99.1
(http://aumha.org/downloads/hijackthis.zip) is the preferred tool to use.
It will help you to both identify and remove any hijackware/spyware. **Post
