How do I check the history/sites that have been viewed on my computer aside
from checking the "history" tab, which would be useless since visited sites
can be deleted from that by anyone.

That's it, unless you've installed third party software that can track such
things.

I believe you can do that with Regseeker and using the "histories" option
which will read the index.dat file.
