Using Outlook 200
In the Business Contact History shown at the bottom of an individual business contact window, how can I
1. Permanently add the 'Created' field so it's there in the future for all business contacts--NOT the already present 'Created/Due' field whose value pften changes when a history entry is modified
2. Have all the items shown in in the Business Contact History sorted by the new field
This will maintain the correct chronological order
