I use Outlook 2002, both my Contacts and Personal Address Book are empty. It's these email addresses that appears each time I time a few letters in the "To" box. These are the addresses that I used before . Is there an option to compile them and copy to Contacts or Personal Address Book

Thanks in advance for your help.

Those are AutoComplete entries, and they're based on what you typed into the
To box previously, not against your Contacts list (but many of them may be
the same). I don't know of a way to extract the addresses from the
AutoComplete cache, but a bigger concern is why you don't have anything in
your Contacts folder. Did you do anything recently that may have led to a
data loss? Are you connecting to an Exchange server, or are you a
standalone user who uses a .PST file for data storage?

Thanks for the quick reply
"Contacts" is ok because I did not put anything on it yet. It's my fault that I did not chose the option 'Add to Contacts' during the time when I am keying in the names in the To box. I would appreciate it very much if there is a way of converting or printing all the AutoComplete names in my Outlook. I am a standalone user only using .pst as storage.

There is a 3rd party program that claims to be able to edit the .NK2 file
(the AutoComplete cache file), but I've never tried it personally so I don't
know how well it works. You can read more about it here:
