I don't know mtch about ATI cards but soome one is selling a HIS Brand 9700
Pro card, is this one any good..?

A 9700 Pro is a good card, but not all of them are created equal. Some
cardmakers skimp on the memory and underclock the cards to keep them stable.
If it runs at clock speeds of 325 mhz core and 310 mhz memory, it's a true
pro. If not, it's something less.
