Hillbilly Whack! combines old school graphics and old school game play
to equal old school fun. The game features more than13 levels of
single player action centered around a Hillbilly named Samuel Jones
who is trying to find his kidnapped sweetheart Winnie May.

In Hillbilly Whack! you fight, collect boards to rebuild your broken
shack, and run around at break neck speed. Goats, pigs, cows,
chickens, and even a bear or two will challenge you along the way to
saving Winnie May! But you'll be drinking moonshine to make the tasks
-- like dodging drunken chickens -- easier!

Hillbilly Whack! also features a classic two player-one keyboard
modewhere you and your friend can battle each other as you each try to
collect as many boards as you can before time runs out. Whack your
friends!

Sweet! (: Thanks!

Winnie May...Hillbilly Whack... I feel so unhip, out of the loop. :)

Please check it with caution first, however. Cookie is one of the nyms
of a bot-mode poster who routinely includes spyware, adware, payware.

Other posters who do web-page copies when surfing, such as BillR and
Gordon Darling, you can trust their intents and research efforts.
Totally opposite motives from the Cookie creature.

Do not at all trust "Cookie" recommends at face value. Also, be aware
that name Cookie alone is not enough to watch for, since it changes.
Excepting such times as when it sneaks things in by way of eg Google's
web service, you can usually ID these untrustworthy posts by looking
for "Cookie's" provider -- snet.net -- in the headers.

The author sells shirts, mugs, etc + has a paypall account for donations,
but it seems to be freeware... :-)

For my part, I might just go check out the apparel available there, since
I'm a bit more deficit than I'd like in the hillbilly aspects of my US
heritage. Limits though: it'd be impossible for me to get away with wearing
denim overalls.

Cool!!! I'm a bot-mode poster [whatever that is] I always wanted to be a
bot-mode poster even when I was a little kid.

My motives are what? My motives are to post freeware program which is what
I do. If people don't like what I post then learn to use filters. I don't
like the update posts about AdAware reference files. I have no interest in
any Linux posts. Do I rant and rave about them? No, I just filter them out
and move on.
Do not at all trust "Cookie" recommends at face value.

First of all I am NOT recommending anything. All I am doing is saying "Hey
look this program exsists. You MIGHT be interested in it."

Secondly I like others who post here make mistakes when posting stuff. I
in good faith post programs where the web site says they are freeware. No
matter if they are Adware. Nagware, Crippleware. They are all still
freeware. In most cases I do not download the programs. I don't look at the
read me files. If a web site is not updated to reflect a change in the
license of a program that is not my fault. I have NEVER purposely posted
shareware or commercial programs.

FYI I have NEVER posted using Google's web service. You must have me
confused with someone else.

Any chance you might be willing to consider, as a service, putting something
about this as a .sig in your posts? That the programs you list are free, but
that some may be adware, nagware, crippleware ?

Hi;
That "Cookie" is really telling it STRAIGHT about himself and his POSTS.
He's got my clean bill.
He is OK: Don't tranfer YOUR own responsabilities and trow caution to the
winds when you install/use his "leads".

I appreciate his posts too. I would prefer it if he would NOT
recommend adware though. Also, using one handle would also make it
easier for people to killfile him. Though I have no intention of doing
that myself.

Regards, John.

Aye, definitely unhip and out of the loop here. Thanks for your kind
words. The intent is certainly there, though the research is
sometimes lacking or even faulty (maybe new glasses will help).

I hope everyone checks all downloads. I sometimes mention that I have
scanned with several programs. While that may provide some misplaced
assurance, my underlying hope is that the list will encourage people
with several testing options to use a scanner I didn't.

For those without a second antivirus installed, the setup of the
Kaspersky (KAV) online testing site lends itself to testing a single
download. In addition to the Pricelessware suggestions, many threads
have listed numerous online options, so I won't repeat a list here.

Ah, thank you. You said it much better.

Woo hoo a fan!!! I'll see about the adware thing, but I'm making no
promises. Maybe for Xmas.
