möchte gerne bei windows mail ein konnto eröffnen doch bei
posteingangsserver bzw postausgangserver weiß ich nicht was ich eingeben
soll ich erbitte um hilfe, danke.

You'll have to ask your mail provider (your ISP?) how to set up WinMail. If
they have instructions for Outlook Express you can follow those.
