OK. I tried everything to cure the supposed qhost virus I
have, and someone suggested this, However, I downloaded
it, and ran it, but have no idea what to do next. I get a
long list of stuff i can delete, but how am i supposed to
know which ones to kill?

Don't kill anything until it has been given expert analysis.

Hijack This, How-To:

Unzip, double-click "HijackThis.exe" and Press "Scan".

When the scan is finished, the "Scan" button will change into a "Save Log"
button.
Click: "Save Log" (generates "hijackthis.log")

Next, HijackThis | Config [button] | Misc Tools [button]
Click: Generate StartupList log [button] (generates "startuplist.txt")

Next, go to the below location: Spyware and Hijackware Removal Support.
