hijacked home page

When I go onto the internet my start page is diverted to

res://tcvbv.dll/index.html#96676.

I've reset this in my internet options but it keeps rediverting to this
page. I've installed Spy Sweeper & Ad-aware and run them regularly. I
quarantine and delete anything they pick up, however, I haven't seen them
identify anything which is clearly this program and using them hasn't helped
with the high jacking problem.

I've also got McAfee Personal Firwall installed - which I had before the
high jacker arrived.

Does anybody know how to get rid of this particular high jacker?

Should I install any other applications to to manage such problems.

I've been using Winpatrol for quite a while now. Works great!
