Hijacked Explorer Icon

A few months back my osn put a "FREE" for a number of
hours AOL CD in my computer. Ever since the IE logo in
the upper right window of Explorer has that anoying AOL
LOGO. How do I get ift back to the IE logo?

I have the same problem, when I updated IE, I was taken to
an AOL site and got even more!
Tried to uninstall, doesn't help.
