Hijacked Browser

My browser is defaulted to
C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\msblank.html

And there is nothing that I can do to change it. I ran
the beta version of MS Anitspyware twice and have gone to
MS update.

What happens when you try to change it?
Are you using the Immunize feature from Spybot S & D?
