Hijacked - About Blank!!

See my response to earlier post on same subject today. I was able to
recover, but now I have IE problems. IE won't display certain embedded ads
or sub-web pages, like on MSN home for example. Ads just have the little re
"x" and sub web pages say "page not found". I did reset my IE settings to
default, no luck. How can I restore IE back to normal so it displays all the
normal, safe content? Thanks.

Running WinsockFix (from a similar post) appears to have fixed my problem. I
have no idea how or why this worked.
