Which site is best for downloading a copy of "Hijack This" programme???

I've never used it before either so any tips on it would be great

Thanks in advance

Rob

Rob mate - please don't use it if you're not sure what you're doing - please don't be offended but it really is an expert's programme.

If you have a problem, best to post it on the site and one of the guys and gals (or more probably) will do their best to help you.

Good luck :)

Hi Gabs

I'm deff not a novice and I would know what is safe to change and what not, I too have built my own comp and know things to the extent of an intermediate level, I'm sorry if my previous post made it sound like that I dont know how to even get past the START menu

I was thinking of using the programme b4 but left it until I heard more from friends how much it can be useful

People who have been on a psychiatric ward in their life are much more intelligent than most people realise

And I wonder if anyone could seriously define the words "expert/professional", arn't I correct in saying MICROSOFT are classed as professionals?, yet why do so many of their products get released bug ridden ???, if we lived in a world with "true" experts, we wouldn't need patches and the like

Hope this clears things up

Rob

Sorry, really didn't mean to offend. Just wasn't sure from your original post.

Happy Christmas.

Merjin.org is the original home page. Tomcoyote is good too.

CSB, if you need help post up your log file and one of us will take a look for you.

If you decide to remove anything please be sure to run it from is own original folder (If you dont do this and remove something it wont make a back up and you wont be able to put it back if it goes wrong) and do a full registry back up before hand. ;)
