Highlighting Memo data

I have a field defined as Memo so that the users can add a lot of information
in this field. The users would like to have the ability to highlight certain
words when they enter information. Is there a way? If they try to
highlight, the everything gets highlighted.

You cannot do this with native controls. You would have to use a rich text
ActiveX control and then your data would need to contain all of the RTF tags
along with the actual data.
