Okay if I have information in a worksheet D:24-L:64, and I want to
highlight that then I just hit Crtl + Shirt + * , but how do I highlight
everything that is not highlighted. I know there is a way to do this, I
have forgot how,
Someone please help...

Jason,

Not clear what you want.

Ctrl-A, perhaps? Or Ctrl-A follow by Edit Go To.. Special Blanks?

Thanks Ctrl + A will highlight the whole worksheet, I need the cells
that are not highlighted then, if you can think of it let me know..

Like if you have A2:L500 highlighted, CTRL+ SHIFT + (something) will let
you highlight the cells that are not currently highlighted..

Thanks

1. You have A2:L100 highlighted. Correct?

2. You want to hit a shortcut key and select the rest of the cells. Correct?

The "rest of the cells" would be all cells on the worksheet.

3. Do you want A2:L100 to become "un-highlighted" when you select the "rest"?

Can't be done without VBA programming.

Are you speaking of "Current Region" perhaps?

ALT + S will select the Current Region which is the cells you now have
highlighted plus any others adjacent to these.
