Hi everyone. I have a question about the highlighting box in internet
explorer. How do I turn it on? It is the little box that appears around a
link, or a picture when you click one in a web page? I will copy and paste
below the description from help in internet explorer help that goes with
windows xp sp2 home. I know I had this working in win 98, but don't know
what I did to turn it on. If anyone can help me I would appreciate it.
Thanks. Description from help below:

As you move to or click a link or image, a thin border appears around it so
you can see what is selected.
It appears under this heading in help: "Using accessibility features in
Internet Explorer."
