Some toolbars will highlight your search item. Is there any way to get IE to

Yeah, a few ways.
Download and install Internet Explorer 5 Web Accessories (works with IE6)
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/default.mspx
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/ie5wa.mspx
You can use also the Google toolbar as well. If you install Google toolbar,
my suggestion is *do not use the advanced features* ("page rank", for
example). They are kind of nosy. Otherwise it is fine, and will highlight.

Lastly, without any of the tools mentioned, if one does a Google search, and
the web page you select offers a Cached page, that will automatically
highlight your search term entries.
