Highest number in the middle, descending numbers to left and right

Can I make a graph that takes a column of numbers and sorts them so the biggest number is in the middle of the chart, the next smaller number is to the left, than to the right, than left and so on.

I'm not sure if I'm explaining it right. Example: http://i.imgur.com/Sy2hp.png I did this manually, but I have much more numbers.
