High Threat in Quarantine

There is a file that is labeled High Threat in my
Quarantine, but it will not allow me to remove it. The
option scroll down is missing. Can someone help me?

Microsoft Team should add a feature on MSAS where we can
select either to automatically delete spyware with
highthreat level.
