Hi. First of all, I am a novice at this sort of thing so
I need step by step help.

I subscribe to Integrity onlin service. I recently tried
to upgrade to their high speed service. Everything went
fine during the loading process. However, now when I try
to use the new service I get 2 error messages. When I
called customer support at Integrity, they told me it was
an issue with my Windows XP.

The error messages I get are:

Fwportal
Failed to initialize interfaces!:FDialData Error

Followed by:

Error
Failed to initialize application engine!

HELP! I have not eliminated my previous service,
obviously, because I wanted to still be able to use the
web. Thank you, in advance, for any assistance you can
give me.

I'm 99.44% sure that those error messages are coming from programs
provided by your ISP. If so, they're the ones who should help you
with the problem. Call them back, and don't let them pass the buck.
