High Contrast in MUI Build

Hi ,

When i have tried installing XP-Pro French Addition ,then in this image in
controlpanel-->Accessibility options-->Display -->" Use High Contrast"
option works well.But in the French MUI build it doesnt work.I have verified
the access.cpl file but found no differences.Please help.

You want to make sure that the values under the following key match between XP Pro and your XPe build:
[HKCU\Control Panel\Accessibility\HighContrast]
(especially the Flags value)

Hi KM,

The value in the flags are the same except HKCU\Control
Panel\Accessibility\HighContrast\Pre-High Contrast Scheme.This key value in
the French edition(image loaded through CD)is
C:\windows\resources\themes\luna\Luna.msstyles, whereas it is "Pre-High
Contrast Scheme" in the MUI Build.So i tried changing this value in the TD,
but when deployed the image the value in this key it is again shown as
"Pre-High Contrast Scheme" .Even changing in registry did not work.Also, in
the folder "C:\windows\system32\mui\0c0A" there are many xml files in the CD
image where as there are dll's in the MUI build.Tried replacing those files,
but no result.Please help.

Hi,

When i use Short keys "Alt(left)+ Shift(left)+Print Screen",then iam able to
change the contrast.I also found that if the registry
HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Control\Nls\MUILanguages\0C0A is "1" then in the
Regional language options -->Languages tab--> " Language used in the menus
and Dialogs" dropDown box is created.If this is created then there is an
option to switch between the localized languages and English language.If
this reg value is made to "0 "then it takes the language as english and High
Contrast works.But all the dialog Boxes are changed to english,which should
not happen.High Contrast, does not work if there is more than one language
in the build.Please help.
