higer local privledge

is there a way i can increase a domain users privledges on
a local machine? i.e. a specific win2kpro machine logs onto
a win2k server domain, and i want UserA to have permission
on his local machine (only) to install software drivers and
updates...
is this possiable ???

put DomainName\UserA into the power users or local administrators
group on that machine
