In outlook 2002 I could drag a public folder to my desktop and create a link for it. When I opened it up using that link it would open without the Folder List which was perfect for the folder. I do the same thing in 2003 but the folder list )navigation Pane) shows up. Is there a command line switch I can use to make it go away with the shortcut on the desktop

Thanks for the help.

Configure the shortcut to the folder with the /folder switch

It doesn't do much indeed, I'll start looking into that. Please note that
your link points to a list of command lines of Outlook 2002. To see the
Outlook 2003 list in Outlook in the search help box type "command line
switches"

Roady,
Thanks for the response but how do I do this? I found this web page but
there's no reference to the /folder switch
http://office.microsoft.com/assista...ID=HA010347711033&CTT=6&Origin=EC010553071033

Here's the properties of my shortcut for reference.
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" outlook:\\Public
Folders\All Public Folders\Help Desk\Help Desk

No, I tried to use the on-line support site from Microsoft but it doesn't
support Outlook 2003 yet.
