Does anyone know how to hide the subject of a calender
event when viewed in the Busy/free search function. When
checking scheduling for an appointment other attendees
busy's and out of office show subject when mouse is moved
over the conflicting time slot... MY CIO WANTS THIS
STOPPED...

Any Help?

Do you want to hide the appointments to other users or disable the popups on
your CIO's machine?

Other users will only see the subjects of the appointments if they have
reviewer+ permissions to that user's calendar. You can modify the calendar
permissions by Right Clicking the calendar folder, and selecting
permissions. Alternatively, you can set appointments as <Private> using the
check box on the bottom right hand corner of the appointment form. Private
appointments will display the subject "Private" in the scheduling grid.

To disable the popups from appearing on the scheduling tab, goto
Tools>Options>Calendar Options>Planner Options> and uncheck the 2 options
under "Meeting Planner"

Hope that helps,
~Kasey
