Hiding shutdown options but keeping reboot option

I have removed the option to shutdown from the logon box
and the start menu list. Having removed the shutdown
option from the start menu list, it has decided to take
the restart and standby option away too. I am not bothered
about the standby option, but could do with still having
the restart option. Do you know how I add the restart
option back in but not see the shutdown option still?

If you can't find the answer, use a shortcut to the PsShutdown -r option,

Kevin - I know a method but it is not that greatist becuase if U preform an
update the file U will hack will need to be hacked again and the changes
preform once more. This alone can be a pain but its not hard to do. While on
the other hand if U mess up U could have a non bootable system. Anyway what
U do is get your hands on a resource editor(i like reshacker) and using it
Open "msgina.dll" in %windir%\system32 in the tree to your left navigate to
dialog number 20100 and now remove the Shutdown opition, hit compile and
then save as "msgina.dll" and now U just need to replace the file in dos.
