I need to send out a leter or two now and then . I do not
wish for all my recipients to see who else I have sent the
letter to.(business purposes).
How do I send out one letter one time and still hide or
supress the listing of all the other recipients?
I use Outlook Express but I suspect it world be the same
methos in Outlook.

List the recipients in the Bcc (blind carbon copy) field. If you don't
see a field for Bcc in which to enter the recipients, you'll have to
enable the option to display it. In Outlook 2002, it's under the View
menu when composing a new message.

Put all of your recipients in the BCC: field, rather than the To: field. If
you like, you can put your own address in the To: field so that the term
'Undisclosed Recipients' does not appear there on all of your recipient's
copies.
