hiding installed programs from multiple users on same computer

Hello, I recently purchased a new computer for my home
with XP operating system. I have created a user account
for myself (administrator) and also have created a guest
account that friends or family can use without a
password. I recently installed some tax software and
financial software on the computer under my account but
unfortunately when I log on to the guest account I am able
to access the same programs. Is there anyway to limit
access to these programs so when people come over and want
to use the computer under the guest account they are not
able to see my financial or tax information?
Any ideas or information you could provide would be
greatly appreciated.

First of all, you can stop advertising the program on the desktop and start
menu. If you go in to c:\documents and settings\all users\desktop (or start
menu, for the start menu), you will see programs that everybody can see.
Just move these to c:\documents and settings\yourUserName\desktop (or start
menu), and only you will see them.

Now, at least they have to go digging to find the program. Next, you want to
secure access to your files. If you right click on your my documents folder,
you can find the security settings and make them private to yourself. If
your software is well written, then this information will be placed in you
folder, and is now inaccessible. For any of this security (for making files
and folder private) to work, you need to be using NTFS as your file system.
If you aren't, then look up convert.exe in the online help.
