Hiding inactive notification icons

Having recently reformatted and doing a clean install of Windows XP Pro, I
now find on the Taskbar I get a popup telling me that XP is hiding inactive
notification icons. This happens about every 5-10 minutes. I do want XP to
hide the inactive icons, however I do NOT want that popup every few minutes.
How do I stop the just the popup?

Right click a blank spot on the taskbar and choose Properties.
 
Get yourself a copy of TweakUI for XP (Microsoft Powertoy). Under Start Menu
and Taskbar there's an option to stop those pesky balloon tips from popping
up.
