If i use Win 2k and we use a Win Proxy server over the
Lan...how can i hide from the server what web sites i am
accessing???

Now why would you want to do that? :)

If you are a local admin, you can only clear your client settings, if you
aren't the domain admin or control the proxy server then don't goto sites
you shouldn't be going to. :)

Takes some work on your part, but it can be done... I'll
leave it vauge as to not take up 40 pages and to make you
work for it and actually learn something *GASP*. You're
going to need to setup your machine at home (hopefully
with a broadband connection) with SSH. You can use ssh to
remote into your computer via an encrypted tunnel. Log
onto your home machine, open IE, and *tada* you're surfing
from your home box to your work box and all the IT guys
see is an encrypted tunnel to some random IP. Most likely
you'll have to setup the server end to use port 80 so you
can access it. Cons: people find out you're running ssh
and you're open for attack... the price ya pay for pron at
work!
