I have created a group under main identitys contacts in my
address book called vip. It has some 100 contacts. When I
send a message I am clicking on the Vip group. When people
receive it they can see all I have sent it to. How can I
bock it so others can not see the contact emails of the
whole group.

You might need to change your settings to "show all headers". Then put
your vip group in the Bcc: header and create a new contact called, for
example, "Mark's VIP Mailing List", put your email address in, and put
that in the To: header. This stops service relays from adding
"Undisclosed Recipients" for you, which triggers many spam filters.

Next time, try one of the Outlook or Outlook Express groups for a faster
response.
