Hiding E-Mail Recipients

I've been noticing that some e-mails I have received from
business contacts have only THEIR OWN e-mail address in
the "To:" field. I know that I am at least one of the
recipients! But my name does not show in the "To:" field.

Question: How is this done? I would like to be able to
send e-mails to several recipients, but I don't
necessarily want the recipients to see the entire list of
other recipients.

Thanks! Robin

Use the BCC field in the Address Book or make the BCC visible when creating
a new message by View-> BCC field

Hey Roady,

Thanks for the reply. So, do I have to type the
recipients' addresses into the "BCC..." field, or the
regular "To..." field?

Robin

Hi
Recipient's e-mail addresses (or Distribution Lists) are
put into Bcc field, that way they only see themselves.
This is also necessary to comply with Data Protection Act
(UK)

In the BCC field
