Hi all,
I have several users in a distribution list - Peter,Paul,Mary, Fred,
Susan etc. If I send a message to thisDL when Peter opens the message
I only want him to be able to see his own name/address in the address
line, when Paul opens the message I only want him to be able to see
his own name/address in the address line and the same for each person
in the DL, I only want them to see their own name in the address line
- is there a way of doing this in Outlook 2003 & Outlook 2007?

Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide on this.

Bcc or mail merge.

Dear Taffy,
you can use third-party add-ins for MS Outlook, such as add-ins by
MAPILab. They are able to create a separate message for each recipient in
a distribution list.

Why bother with software you have to pay for? Outlook will do the same thing
using mail merge....
