Hiding database

I have a database I want to send out for a user to use. The forms work fine
but what I want to do is prevent the user accessing the actual database via
access, i want them only to use the forms! How can I hide 1) the actual
tables, queries etc and 2) can I use some code to hide the Access Toolbars?
