Hiding an appointment

I there are way in Outlook 2003 when using Exchange 2003 to hide a specific
appointment from view when other view your calendar? I know you can click
the "Private" check box to hide the details of the appointment, but it still
show something there when viewing the calendar. Is it possible to have that
specific appointment hidden entirely from everyone else except the specific
user?

not really. you'd need to put it in a folder that only the user had
permission to see.
