Hiding a field when there is no data

Hello,

I have field named [Discussion] in a Meeting Notes table.
Is there a way to keep it off the report when there isn't
any data in the field? (Show the field when there is data
and hide it when there isn't any data in the field). The
record will have a subject, dates, etc, but some records
will have no discussion. Basically, I don't want to hide
the whole record, just the [Discussion] field.
