Hiden dialog box

Dear MVP-s !
On HP Compaq nx9005 laptop dialog boxes are hiden under
the curent window(WinXpPro). What can I do ?

You can install Tweak UI. Once installed, go to
Start > Programs > PowerToys > TweakUI > General > Focus and
place a check next to "Prevent applications from stealing focus".
