I have been using a Targus device to advance slides remotely. This device
also has a volume control on it. In PP2007 I am able to adjust volume of
embedded videos remotely. I recently got a new laptop and I am running the
same pp presentation. When I adjust the volume now a volume bar shows up
while the video is playing to document the change in volume. How can I hide
this volume display? Thank you.

Are you using single or dual screen? If it is dual, just move the volume
control to the other screen.

Excuse my being a newbie, but I usually toggle to have the presentation
displayed on my laptop and on the screen. The volume display never showed up
using my old laptop, only with the new one. There must be a switch somewhere
to disable this. I do not know how to "move the volume control to the other
screen." Any help would be appreciated.
