How can I hide a certain users name in the global address
list? When I composed new message in outlook I can find
all the names under All Address list. How can I hide any
of the users name I decide from appearing in the All
Address List? Just hide it but they can still send and
received emails?

You would hide the user in Exchange Administrator (Exchange 5.5) or Active
Directory Users and Computers (use the one on the Exchange server since or
wherever you installed ESM).

Yes, those mailboxes can still send/receive e-mail. Just be advised that in
order for an end user to create an Outlook profile to that mailbox, it must
be visible in the GAL. Once the profile is created, it can be hidden again.
Any internal user that needs to send mail to these mailbox(es) should use
the SMTP address or add the GAL record to their local contacts/personal
address book prior to it being hidden.
