hide some appointments while printing calendar

when printing a calendar i don't want all of the appointments to print, but i
do want some of them to print on the calendar.
 
I would suggest that you try:

"My Outlook Calendar". You can
download this from the SlipStick.com site,

This VERY COOL FREE item is run from a Word template
that when opened will read your calendar and build you a
completely editable calendar with all the details included.

You may need to relax the Macros running in both Outlook
and MS Word.
