Ummm, *IF* I understand you correctly, you don't want to see the new blank
line as you start entering data on the line that used to be the blank
line....

....as you enter data you get...

new blank line appears
I am not sure it is possible to make that line not show. Any setting that I
can think of will prevent you from adding a new record. My question to you
is... why is this an issue? Are your Users getting confused? Or perhaps
you are trying to limit how many records they can enter? Please
elaborate...

the possibility exists cases where it enters into the form still
appears in the new record yet another record below as if it were new
as you enter the new record is to hide this appearance of this line as
