hide properties option for domain users

hi
how is it possible to hide/disable properties option upon right click in any folder or files for domain users only (win2k server and win Xp pro clients). as such sharing and security... feature is hidden for domain users which is exactly what i need for this problem

this feature will help to sort out the setting that domain users play with their files adding complexitites for network maintainance

any suggestions

User Configuration\administrative Templates\Windows Components\Windows
Explorer

Disable Windows Explorer's default context menu
