Is there a way to get rid of my own calendar and show only two other
calendars: my boss' and the office's public one? They both display under
"other calendars" and I'd like them to be the only ones visible.

Also, is there a shortcut key to quickly move to "tomorrow' when I'm viewing
day view?

And is it possible to associate cusomsised icons with appointments? I'd like
to put, say, rugby balls on certain dates, board tables next to others, etc.

1) no.

2) arrow keys will move you around

3) No.

Is this in 2003? If so then YES.

Outlook just wants you to have A calendar showing. I do this all the time, I
Check ON a public Calendar that I use and ON for a demo calendar, but
UNCHECK my personal calendar so it is not on display during training
classes.

It should work for you too. If not, as your Exchange Admin if they have made
some change to rights or something weird.
