Hide login picture at taskbar

I wonder that how could I can hide the user picture at the
taskbar next to my user name displayed at the top of the
start panel ?? I got a friend who could manager to do so
but unfortunately he forgot how he did it. Could anyone
please help !!
 
Hi,

Is he using the Classic Start Menu? If so, it wouldn't be listed anyway.
Same goes if he isn't using the Welcome Screen.
