Hide inaccessible folders to users

Hi all

Has anybody an idea how I can make folders invisible to users who have no
access rights. I mean folders below a share in a Microsoft Active Directory
environment (Windows 2000/Windows 2003 Server, Windows 2000/Windows XP
Clients). Thanks for any hints.
