Hide Folders with READ Messages

I have about 50 folders and it would be nice to only display those folders
with unread messages. Is that possible?

Tools | Options | "Automatically display folders with unread messages"
 
I worded the question wrong. What I would like to do is hide folders that
have read messages. Similar to the option to hide read messages. Thanks, Jack
 
View | Current View | Define Views

Where the message has been read
Select "been read" and change the option to not been read
Select Hide the message
 
Thanks for trying to help me on this. After follwoing your suggestion, I was
still unable to hide the FOLDERS with read messages. Maybe I am doing
something wrong...
 
Don't know what you could have done, it's pretty simple.
Select each of the items below then you will see where some things will
appear for you to be able to make further options.
