Is there a way to maybe write a macro or a formula to automaticlly hide a
row that has no information in it.

The rows have information in them sometimes, and other times they don't.

It changes from one month to the next.

Right now I right click on each row and hide it. I would sure appriciate any
help in getting this done in a faster manner.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Bob,

1) Select the complete range of your data - This is important -

2) Select "Data" - Select "Filter - Select "AutoFilter"

3) Select the dropdown created for the column you want, and select
"(nonblanks)"

Only nonblank rows will appear.

Thank you for the speedy response, and it worked great. My spreadsheet is
about 1000 lines, and on any given month, about 1/3 is empty. What a time
saver. Thanks again.

An alternative.....

Highlight range of cells in a column. Edit>Go To>Special>Blanks>OK

All blanks will be selected. Format>Row>Hide
